Marlier offers Sayoko a plan to get Belldandy out of the way. Sayoko tricks Urd and steals the Demons CD. Marlier casts a spell to tip Keiichi's heart balance so that Keiichi becomes fixated on Sayoko. After Belldandy goes home feeling strange, Sayoko is alone with Keiichi.
