At the meeting, KING-CHANG asks YI-CHUN about the copyright case; she replies that both sides have settled the case out of court. Unexpectedly, KING-CHANG reprimands YI-CHUN for this. KING-CHANG then asks WAI-LEUNG about the land developer's case, adding that he is going to hand the case over to CHEUNG KEUNG if there has not been any progress. WAI-LEUNG assures him that he is going to settle the issue within two days. KAI-YIU asks CHEUNG KEUNG out to meet him and asks him about YI-CHUN's situation. CHEUNG KEUNG frankly admits that though she has the power, she does not know how to use it to its fullest. In view of this, KAI-YIU reveals to CHEUNG KEUNG that he wants to make him the new chairman, but CHEUNG KEUNG turns him down.
