Ascot doesn't fall for it, and tells him if he could, bring the girls to him in the desert, where the monster would hopefully kill them. Ferrio meets the girls, and lure them into the desert. Using the orb (or the gift that Princess Emeraude gave, two, a set, a pair, etc.) Ferrio calls the monster and lure it away from the girls.
