Around the same time, as a result of his fans going berserk, Kira announces his retirement, and no one can get in touch with Victor, who has gone missing. Our company receives tips on incidents which might be caused by evols which have gone out of control. In search of a clue as to some way of stopping the evols from running wild, I head to the university where Lucien works.
