Contacted by Sandrine, the chef went to Carnoux-en-Provence, in the Bouches-du-Rhône, to help Alexandre, a restaurant owner in difficulty. For once, Philippe Etchebest is initially seduced by the original culinary concept of the establishment. But he quickly became disillusioned when he saw the team in the dining room and discovered the state of the kitchen. Sandrine and Alexandre violently blame each other. To help them, Etchebest calls on Mallory Gabsy, a semi-finalist from season 11 of Top Chef.
