It was in Muret, a few kilometers from Toulouse, that Martine made a real call for help to Chef Philippe Etchebest. Her husband Joël has been running a restaurant for 11 years, but today, at more than 70 years of age and when he should be enjoying a peaceful retirement, he is exhausted.
