2x28 - Brandy & Mr. Whiskers

After Brandy tells Whiskers to always stand up for his rights, he's pushed into the kiddy pool, and finds out Gaspar is their too. After all fails with trying to get on the ride they so richly desire, Whiskers remembers Brandy telling him to stand up for his rights. However, will he get on the ride even with the protest of animals?
