A resident of Upton, Wyoming, Liane is a strong woman who has been a tomboy most of her life and worked the land as a rancher, surviving the hardest elements. She finally wants to be feminine and feel like a beautiful woman. Paula, a 43-year-old dedicated mother and part-time aerobics instructor from San Angelo, Texas, has worked hard to make everyone else happy.
