Otto and Sam retrieve the Proclamation, but discover the larger threat Colin poses to Julia. Julia, Taylor, Otto, Carly, and Audrey disclose the urgency of their troubles to each other, and Audrey's suspicions about Maggie and Marius come to an ugly head.
