He encourages her to get tested properly until she makes an appointment with doctor Karl. Mason foolishly compromises his parole by hitting Robbo for approaching Amber. The fiend realizes that Sonya is he key witness against him, so he goes ask Toadie's legal help at home and makes sure he 'accdientally' bumps in to Sinya to intimidate her by hinting at baby Nell's safety.
