5x2 - Cauchemar en cuisine avec Philippe Etchebest

Philippe Etchebest goes to La Ciotat to an establishment overlooking the sea that serves a lot of fish... frozen. On the spot, the manager has trouble trusting his chef: a young woman full of energy who has trouble getting respect. Philippe Etchebest will have to fight against the preconceived ideas to bring some sense to the restaurant.
