On the spot, he will meet Marc, manager of a tavern that is heading straight for disaster. Marc is American, and more than 20 years ago he left his country to come and live in France and open his own restaurant. His menu includes pizzas, pasta, calf's head, oceanic dishes, pancakes... anything and everything. In the dining room and in the kitchen, there is consternation, a team mobilizes every day to go to work but everyone has given up: the kitchen is in an incredible state of dirtiness, the waitress is on the verge of a nervous breakdown, in short, everything is going from bad to worse under the outdated eye of Marc, who no longer knows how to handle it.
