Kiyotaka finds himself bound together with his best friend Kousuke and surrounded by Elizabeth, Tomoe, Shiki, Ricca, and Charles in the student council's office. He still doesn't quite understand how he got there, but it seems they think he knows what Suginami and the Unofficial Newspaper Club are plotting.
