EPISODIUM
On the spot, Christophe, 54 years old, has been managing his establishment since 1988 with his own methods: he doesn't trust anyone, needs to control everything and, during service, yells at his employees! As a result, no one wants to work with him anymore and he is forced to be an accountant, a chef and a dishwasher all at the same time. Fortunately, Audrey stays by his side and takes care of the service in the dining room, but she finds it more and more difficult to put up with her boss' moods. The arrival of Philippe will shake up Christophe's habits and he will completely change his attitude towards the chef. But Philippe Etchebest is not fooled and will use his ingenuity to make the boss's mask fall off and bring back some sanity to the restaurant.
