Fergus Mitchell, a teenager claiming to be Patrick's son is mugged and beaten up and asks for Patrick when at the hospital.But Bernie doubts his story but Patrick isn't swayed. Elsewhere, Julia agrees to run for job of Hospital Director and when she gets the job she offers her shares to Lorcan and Cara steps in as birth partner to Fiona. Meanwhile, Lorcan and Clodagh decide to go out on a date.
