Chef Philippe Etchebest went to Saint-Quentin, in Picardy, to help Bruno. Six months ago, Bruno took over a restaurant where he used to work. Unfortunately, since he took over the restaurant, the turnover has not stopped decreasing. Philippe Etchebest will soon understand where the problem comes from. Manager of a construction company, the new boss has no experience in the restaurant business.
