The very sexy PATRICK DEMPSEY is back today to share all the details of the new season of "Grey's Anatomy" -- hopefully wearing the thong Ellen gave him last time! The movie "The Social Network" hasn't been released yet, and it's already getting Oscar buzz! One of the stars, RASHIDA JONES, is here to tell Ellen all about it. They won a Grammy for Best New Artist, and the Academy of Country Music Award for Top New Group -- now the ZAC BROWN BAND is here to perform "As She's Walking Away" from their album "You Get What You Give."
