TV series (1965-1969). 34 episodes The character of the Inspector is a French police officer based on Jacques Clouseau, protagonist in the Pink Panther movies. He is accompanied by a Spanish gendarme nicknamed Deux-Deux (Dodó, Toto or Ju-Ju according to the translation). Together they solve the cases facing mysterious criminals that involve them in embarrassing situations that the Inspector and his assistant must go through, and then report to the grumpy commissioner. The Inspector first appeared on "The Pink Panther Show."
