Rocky and Bullwinkle are taken to jail because they're tourist in Pottsylvania. Boris outlines his fiendish plan to Fearless Leader: When Bullwinkle gives them the rocket fuel, they'll go to the moon, conquer the moonmen, and beam Pottsylvanian TV programs to America hoping to cause them to pay billions to stop broadcasting. Rocky and Bullwinkle are released by their lawyer (who is really Boris in disguise.) But Rocky and Bullwinkle refuse ro leave unless the other tourist are set free too. With that, Boris pays bail for them too. The Andalusia sails off, while Rocky and Bullwinkle stay in Pottsylvania. They need a password to get into a hotel and they sign in with the name of Smith. With that they go out in search of a Mooseberry Bush. When they return to their room, they find it's been turned upside out and inside down. They lost their money, their papers, and worst of all, Bullwinkle's autographed picture of Sonny Tops!
